EVENT DESIGN & DECOR
This service is for the client that needs assistance with design themes for more intimate affairs such as corporate dinners, luxury parties, etc. Separate from planning logistics, this service is exclusively focused on decor and design (from concept to creation). Depending on the scope of your event, please book us a minimum of 6 months before your event.
- Meet and greet of designer and client.
- Initial consultation to discuss event theme, color palettes, etc.
- One-hour, on-site walk-through at the venue (at least one month before the event).
- Creation of two event theme and/or color scheme design concepts.
Clients may request one concept re-design after initial review of two proposals.
- One meeting for final review of concepts (approval of design selection).
- Two, one-hour update sessions to discuss design progress and to address questions and concerns throughout the designing process.
Day-Of Coordination & On-site Management
- Delivery and coordination of all flowers and event decor for the event.
- Decor set-up and strike.
- Management of sub-contracted vendors employed by Every Detail Designs to assist in execution of desired design and decor.
